Many almost supernatural qualities are attributed to the Tarot cards, and from my perspective I like to think of it more as an exploration of stories, narratives that we weave in and out of our experience usually without much awareness or intentionality. The cards also do not act or express stand alone insights. They usually come together as a multi-layered story board, like a set of post-it notes from an author (you), from your psyche, again leaving a trail of notions for us to gain perspective in a new light. Its about being open to new mindsets.
There is something almost enchanting about the creative approach. It taps into another layer of the human experience, deeper than just the rational logical and intellectual platforms we have become accustomed to as our usual frame of reference. There is nothing wrong with these platforms. They are however not the only sides to who we are as a species. We are also very creative, even intuitive when it comes down to it. Here we try to make the best of it all.

Some cards are sometimes seen as contradictory – like Death, which can often mean something very different than the common view. In fact it can be an indicator of change and growth, instead of foreshadowing something dubious.
I have several different Tarot decks that I use during a Tarot discussion, including the popular Rider-Waite (my fav).
I often work more with the Major Arcana as these cards communicate powerful symbols, as well as the minor arcane (the other cards) for additional insights.
All Tarot consultations are approximately 45 minutes in duration and are video recorded on Zoom (which is free for you from www.zoom.us) to download if you don’t already have it. I can also do them on Skype and consultations are $60US.
